Debt: To erase his influence from the world. It's an open-ended wish to essentially become a ghost back home; despite any doubt he may have of other consequences (like... you know... Chivy), it's what he feels needs to be done.
Suitability: Sefton will put his everything into making this happen even if it simply means doing mystically menial work for however long. His ability to play nice with others will be slightly bolstered by the idea that once his debt is paid in full it won't matter anymore, but that does not mean he will try to change any of his habits. Just that he might be slightly less self-loathing about indulging in them.
