» Threadhopping with this character? Go for it.

» Knowing this character's name? Unless it happens in a thread or is explicitly spoken about OOC, assume he's wiggled out of giving it. His network ID has been tweaked to SML.
» Is there anything ought not be mentioned near this character? Nah, go for it. I can't think of what you could say that he would actually care about aside from personal shit.
» Is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character? Yes. Sefton has the ability to attract people to him — that is, he can inadvertently make people like him. This only works, however, if force is applied (i.e., tapping him on the shoulder / smacking him in the face / bumping into him / etc.), and the amount of attraction is always equal to the amount of force. A small tap isn't going to do much, but these things do add up. The effects do not fade except over long periods of no contact with Sefton. Using a light enough touch to not disrupt his field is a viable way of working around his power, but he obviously does not condone trying this except with people he really, really trusts.
(This whole thing is caused by Sefton's biomagnetic field and the subtle influence on a person's brain chemistry. If your character is sensitive to that sort of thing, it's perfectly fine if they notice. If they don't have brain chemistry to speak of, they are safe. This includes robots and spirits without actual bodies, etc.)
Effects are generally unnoticeable due to how slow and subtle they are. Right now, he is stuck with attracting people rather than repelling them; that requires an emotional trigger that Sefton is unwilling to try and master.
Note: hitting him anywhere from the shin and below while he has his shoes on is fair game. They're special like that.
» Anything else, please mention here: His application has a much better explanation of his power, seeing as I cannibalized this permissions post from a game over four years ago. Whoops?
